I found your company website, used the search, and now have a list of homes that I would like to see. What do I do now?

Please provide your name and contact information on the ‘Contact Us’ tab on the website or email us at info@thekeyprojectre.com.  A company representative would get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have.

I would like to work with your company, but I am more comfortable speaking in my native language. Do you have any agents that speak different dialects?

The goal for The Key Project is to ensure we have full diversification within our roster of agents.  With the active recruitment continuing, the goal is to have agents fluent in Chinese, Filipino (Tagalog), and Spanish within the next 6 months.  This is a new company, so please bear with us during this recruitment process!

I want to begin the pre-approval process. Do you have any lenders that you recommend?

Throughout the years, relationships have been developed by our company broker within the real estate industry that have proven their worth regarding their service to clients.  We do have preferred lenders we can advise our clients, recommend, and would provide upon request.

Do I have to use your preferred lenders in order to work with Key Project agents?

Not at all.  At the end of the day, it is important that clients are comfortable with the team that will be representing them during this journey.  If you have a lender already or decide not to choose our recommendations, we will be more than happy to work with whoever you decide to represent you via the loan side.
